OUR REPAIR PROCESS
When sending us your repairs, please remember to complete our REPAIR FORM and include it with the item(s). Upon receipt of your product and after it has been fully inspected by one of our many highly skilled technicians, you will receive a formal quotation for the work required to repair it and once payment has been received, we aim to complete the repair within 3 to 5 working days, pending available spare parts. Your product will be returned to you using the FEDEX postal service.
