Non-Warranty Repair Centre for 3M Peltor
Adams Aviation is a trusted and experienced service provider for the 3M Peltor ground mechanic headset range, offering precise, reliable, and efficient support across both wired and Bluetooth-enabled models. Every headset that enters our Repair Centre undergoes rigorous diagnostics, functional testing, and quality assurance checks, ensuring that each unit returned to the field performs safely and consistently in demanding ramp environments.
We are fully equipped to support the wired CH-3 FLX2 Ground Mechanic Headset, as well as its predecessor, the MT7H79F-01 GB, including cable assemblies, earphone components, microphone systems, and associated consumables. We are also able to provide support for the Peltor ProTac Wireless headset, offering servicing for mechanical components, hygiene parts, and general system evaluation where applicable.
At present, we are unable to support the legacy general aviation and helicopter headsets, including models such as the Peltor 8003 and Peltor 8103. These units are no longer manufactured, and replacement parts are no longer in production, which makes repairs or safe maintenance unfeasible.
