Factem Aviation Headset Support Statement
Adams Aviation would like to clarify that we are not a warranty or non-warranty repair centre for the full range of Factem commercial aviation headsets, including: FL20, and the CL3, EF7, and AVS general aviation headsets.

We do not hold any official or unofficial spare parts, nor do we provide repair, servicing, or refurbishment for any Factem model. This includes minor tasks such as replacing worn cables, ear seals, downleads, microphone booms, or any other component. As a company committed to regulatory compliance and OEM-approved procedures, we strictly follow Telex’s guidelines and therefore cannot undertake any work on these headsets.

Purchasing Factem Headsets and Hygiene Accessories
While we cannot repair them, new Factem aviation headsets—including hygiene items such as ear cushions, mic windsocks, and headbands—can be purchased directly from our website or by contacting our Sales Team. All new sales of Factem headsets must be processed through our sales department, who will be happy to guide you to the correct model or accessory for your operation.

For any customer requiring repair, maintenance, or technical attention for a Factem aviation headset, we strongly recommend contacting Factem directly. Their service teams are fully equipped, authorised, and approved to handle all aspects of product repair and evaluation.

Handling of Unauthorised Factem Headsets
To maintain full compliance with Factem, aviation regulations, and Adams Aviation’s quality standards:

Any Factem aviation headset sent to our Repair Centre—without prior approval and regardless of fault—cannot be worked on.

Such products will be placed into quarantine to ensure they are not mistakenly processed.

Release of these items will require either collection in person or payment of return shipping costs.

We understand that this may be disappointing for customers seeking a fast resolution, but maintaining strict adherence to OEM rules ensures the safety, integrity, and traceability of all aviation communication equipment we handle.
